At REINS, we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, carefully, and clearly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Below, you can read all about our shipping options, delivery times, costs, and your rights as a consumer.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are generally shipped within two business days.
- During peak periods (such as the holidays), processing may take 1-2 days longer.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over €49.95 (valid within the Netherlands).
- For orders under €49.95, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery, the chosen shipping method, and the weight of your package.

We deliver in the Netherlands through the following partners:

4. Track & Trace and Delivery Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to track the package all the way to your door. Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Not at home and pickup options
If you're not home during the delivery attempt:
- The package will be delivered to a collection point or neighbors (depending on the carrier).
- You will receive a notification about where and when you can pick up the package.
- Uncollected packages will be automatically returned after a certain period.
6. Delivery problems
Didn't you receive your order within the expected timeframe, or is there something wrong with the delivery?
- Please contact our customer service within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@reinsprotectie.nl.
- First check the Track & Trace for any delays and check the delivery address provided in your order confirmation.
7. Address errors and incorrect information
Please note: REINS is not responsible for incorrectly provided address information.
So always check your delivery address carefully during checkout. If a package is returned as a result, additional shipping costs may apply for a new shipment.
